Alberto Parra, MD
Fort Worth - Central Campus, Arlington
“I have always been drawn to the field of oncology due to the dynamic process in which it is changing. I have been given the privilege to help patients and their families understand and navigate through their diagnosis in the most comforting way possible. My Hispanic background and ability to speak has given me a unique perspective that only further allows me to provide exemplary care. The father of modern medicine, Hippocrates, shared a philosophy on medicine that best exemplifies my ideals: “Cure sometimes, treat often, comfort always.”
Alberto Parra, MD offers advanced cancer treatment to patients in Fort Worth. He spends time with each patient and works closely with a team of surgeons, radiation oncologists, nurses, dieticians, patient navigators, and other support staff to ensure that each individual receives a customized treatment plan. This approach provides the best opportunity for a cure while focusing on maintaining the patient’s quality of life.
