Board Certified in Gynecologic Oncology by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Vasques began her medical career in private practice as an obstetrician/gynecologist. After two years, she was so impressed by the strength and courage of women fighting gynecological cancers, she decided to devote her practice exclusively to caring for women diagnosed with gynecologic cancers.

To give her patients the most up-to-date and aggressive options for fighting gynecologic cancer, Dr. Vasques provides many different cancer-fighting options including surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, hormonal therapy, and biological therapy as well as an active list of available trials.

Dr. Vasques completed a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Wellspan Health/York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. She completed her medical degree and an internship at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She also completed her residency at Wellspan Health/York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. Dr. Vasques earned an undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland.

Dr. Vasques has been honored as a "Top Doc" by her Fort Worth peers for the last several years as published in Fort Worth Magazine and was named Healthcare Hero 2013 by the Fort Worth Business Press. She was also recently named a Top Doctor by 360 West Magazine.

Dr. Vasques lives in Dallas with her family and dogs.
