Heather Goddard

Heather Goddard, RN, MSN, FNP

  • Nurse Practitioner

I am passionate about oncology because each patient I see shapes my life, they touch my heart and soul and I only hope that I can have a similar impact on them.  I pride myself on being approachable and a person that can make this difficult experience even a little bit better. I hope that each patient here feels supported and cared for like they are family.

Mrs. Heather Goddard is no stranger to North Texas. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry at the University of North Texas in Denton. After pursuing a short career in research she decided to transition to nursing where she attended Texas Women’s University for both her undergraduate and master’s degree.  She spent 6 years working in the ICU prior to coming to this practice. Mrs. Goddard takes her time with her patients, treating each person with compassion and concern. She enjoys being a part of their lives and getting to know everyone.

She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Fort Worth Region Nurse Practitioners, Oncology Nurses Society, Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology, and American Association of Critical Care Nurses.

Heather was born and raised in Texas.  She and her husband live in Weatherford and enjoy the many adventures of parenting.  She also likes to spend time reading, staying active and devoting time to her family.
